Delete your account in GGPing
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the GGPing Android app. Use the account deletion option available in the app's account/settings area while signed in.
Deleting your GGPing account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it separately through Google Play.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot use the in-app deletion option, you can request deletion by email. For security, send the request from the email address associated with your GGPing account so that ownership can be verified.
Deleting your GGPing account is permanent. Your account and associated GGPing data, including tracked games, price alerts, notification settings and account entitlements, will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Deleting your GGPing account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you have an active GGPing Plus or Pro subscription and do not want it to renew, cancel it separately in Google Play. Deleting the GGPing account may also remove GGPing's current association between that account and its subscription entitlement.
The button opens a pre-filled deletion request in your email application. Send it from the email address associated with your GGPing account. We may ask you to complete an additional verification step if needed.
What is deleted
After a valid deletion request is verified and processed, GGPing deletes the personal and account data associated with the account from its active systems, including the account credentials and account-specific data used to provide GGPing features, such as tracked-game and price-alert information associated with that account.
Deleting your GGPing account does not delete information independently held by Google or third-party stores and services. Their data is governed by their own account controls, retention rules and privacy policies.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve security or fraud issues, establish or defend legal claims, or for a limited period in technical backups before those backups are overwritten or expire.
Subscription and transaction records controlled by Google Play are not deleted by deleting your GGPing account. Google manages those records under its own policies and applicable legal obligations.
