1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use the GGPing Android application and related GGPing services (“GGPing” or the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use GGPing.

2. The GGPing Service

GGPing helps users discover games, view available offers, compare game prices, track selected games, set target-price alerts, receive notifications and use other game-discovery features such as Game Roulette.

GGPing is an independent service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GGPing is not a game store, does not sell game licenses or keys, and is not the seller of games displayed in the App. Purchases of games are completed with the relevant third-party store or provider and are subject to that provider's terms.

3. Your Account

Some GGPing features require an account. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, keeping your login credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, or interfere with the security of the Service.

You can delete your GGPing account from within the App. An external account-deletion option is also available at ggping.app/delete-account.

4. Free, Plus and Pro Plans

GGPing may offer Free, GGPing Plus and GGPing Pro access. The features and limits available with each plan are described in the App and may also be presented on the GGPing website.

Free access may include advertising and feature or usage limits. Plus and Pro provide additional features according to the plan selected. We may add, improve, replace or discontinue individual features over time, provided that applicable consumer rights and obligations relating to paid subscriptions are respected.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid GGPing subscriptions purchased through the Android App are processed by Google Play. Available billing periods, prices, currencies and any promotional offers are displayed by Google Play and/or within the purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.

Where a subscription is offered as automatically renewing, it renews according to the billing period and terms shown during purchase unless it is cancelled before the applicable renewal. Google Play processes payments and payment credentials; GGPing does not receive or store your payment card number.

Subscription access is linked to the entitlement recognized for your GGPing account and/or the relevant Google Play purchase. Certain accounts may receive promotional, testing, support or manually granted access without a Google Play purchase. Such access does not create a right to payment, reimbursement or continued access and may be changed or withdrawn where appropriate.

6. Subscription Management, Cancellation and Refunds

Google Play subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play. Uninstalling GGPing does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation normally stops future renewals while paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Different rules may apply in certain countries or circumstances under applicable law or Google Play policies.

Refund eligibility for purchases processed by Google Play is subject to Google Play's applicable refund rules and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

7. Game Prices, Offers and Store Information

GGPing collects and presents information about games and available offers from supported third-party stores and data sources. Prices, discounts, availability, currencies, regional restrictions and other offer details can change at any time.

GGPing aims to keep displayed information useful and current but does not guarantee that every price, offer, discount, description, image or availability status is complete, error-free or updated instantly.

8. Price Alerts and Notifications

Price alerts, free-game notifications, hot-deal notifications and similar features are provided for convenience. Delivery can depend on price-data updates, network availability, device settings, Android notification permissions, Firebase Cloud Messaging and other technical factors outside GGPing's direct control.

GGPing therefore does not guarantee that every notification will arrive, arrive immediately, or arrive before an offer changes or expires. You should verify an offer directly with the relevant store before making a purchase decision.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GGPing. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to bypass security, authentication, subscription controls, usage limits or technical restrictions;
• access or probe systems or data without authorization;
• use automated methods to overload, scrape, disrupt or interfere with the Service except where expressly permitted;
• introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise GGPing or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
• infringe the rights of GGPing, other users or third parties.

10. Third-Party Services and Stores

GGPing integrates with or relies on third-party services, including Google Play and Google/Firebase services, and may display information or links relating to third-party game stores such as Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG or Ubisoft.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and availability. GGPing does not control third-party stores, their checkout processes, game availability, regional restrictions, refunds, account decisions or changes to their services.

11. Intellectual Property

The GGPing name, original application interface, website, software, branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owner.

Game titles, trademarks, logos, artwork, screenshots, descriptions and other materials associated with third-party games, publishers, developers and stores remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance in GGPing does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement by GGPing unless expressly stated.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use GGPing for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update or modify GGPing and may occasionally need to suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, security, technical reasons or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Supported stores, data sources, features and plan benefits may evolve as GGPing develops. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant Google Play requirements.

13. Disclaimer

GGPing is provided as a game-discovery and price-tracking service. Information presented by GGPing is informational and may originate from third-party sources that can change without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees that every third-party price, offer, notification, description or availability status will always be accurate, complete or current. This section does not exclude guarantees or consumer rights that apply mandatorily under law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GGPing and its operator are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party store decisions, expired or changed offers, temporary service interruptions, notification delivery failures, or inaccurate third-party information where such matters are outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using GGPing and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users, respond to security threats, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

16. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, these Terms do not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived by contract.

Any dispute should first be raised using the contact details below so that an attempt can be made to resolve it directly. Your right to use any competent court or dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable law is not restricted by this provision.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when GGPing, its features, subscription model, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

If a change materially affects your rights or an ongoing paid service, additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
